ARTICLE: Greening the Coffee Capsule


From the New York Times: "With a business based on selling coffee grounds in tiny aluminum packages, Nespresso, a maker of capsule-based espresso machines and drinks, may not strike its users as especially green. But on Monday, the company announced a new initiative ... with the aim of reducing its carbon footprint by 20 percent in four years ..."

This is a great -- and much-needed -- move by a company making some of the best automatic espresso makers on the market, like the Nespresso C100 Essenza.
